Local Knowledge and Patient Guidance | Client Review

My experience with working with Cate since 2006 has been memorable.

She is local which was very important to me and she was very knowledgeable of the surrounding communities. She was my go to person when ever I had a thoughts about the whole first time buyer ordeal. She was very patient with me & answered all my inquires in a timely fashion, all while educating me in the process. I loved working with her. As a first time home buyer I needed Cate expertise on literature on so many documents. She was flexible and passionate about reassuring me of any concerns that I had. I was lucky to have such a dedicated professional. In 2013 I reached out to her again to help me find a bigger home for my new extended family. It took us almost a year to find something but she hung in there with us the whole time ( thank you Cate). I look forward to working with her in finding my retirement home:).
