Support Through Buying Setbacks | Client Review

In the spring of 2013 I decided that I wanted to buy a house. Cate was referred to me by a friend and from the moment I met her I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. After working through some credit issue, by late summer I was ready to start looking for my new home. My road to home-ownership definitely had some rough patches. From pulling an offer due to a bad roof to not being able to close due to an unclear title, Cate stuck with me and provided a lot of insight & knowledge during very frustrating times. When I was at the point of giving up, she was encouraging and convinced me to keep pursuing my dream of being an home owner. I can not even recall how many homes I looked at, but was relieved when I finally found 'THE" perfect home for my family. We moved into our house in December of 2013, and we are now in a house that we love! I owe a lot of that to Cate for being such and awesome Realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the real estate business, she is compassionate and personable, which I greatly appreciated.
