From a Fixer-Upper to a New Home | Client Review

We were referred to Cate from my brother. We were upside down on our house in Brooklyn Park, but wanted to move out of the cities. Cate sat down with us and worked through a plan to help us get top dollar for our fixer upper. She provide good tips on how to get our house ready for sale. She had wonderful contacts to contractors to help spruce up some areas. She did what was needed to help us sell, from open houses, to working with our limited availability schedules. Even when the the sale of our house fell through, Cate remained positive and encouraging through the entire process.

We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to look for our new house. No distance was too far it seemed to take us on house tours. We found our dream house in Big Lake and couldn't be happier.

Cates knowledge of the entire process was very impressive. She was helpful in finding workarounds to make it work for us. From selling, to buying, and closing. Thank you Cate! You have become a great friend!
